Red Deer with Fruits

Ingredients for 4 persons:Red Deer with Fruits

  • 1 kg red deer shoulder
  • salt an pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 10 dkg apple
  • 10 dkg pear
  • 6 cl sherry brandy
  • 3 tablespoons of cream
  • 5 dkg butter
  • 1 smallspoon of sugar

Preparation method:

  • Spice the meat with salt and pepper, fry it in hot oil, then bake it in hot oven for 40 minutes. Sprinkle it with water several times.
  • Peel the apples and pears, slice them, and steam them on the butter. Add the brandy, the salt, pepper and the sugar to it, then stir in it the cream and bring it to boil.
  • Slice the meat; pour the sauce on it and serve it with noodles.
