Home-style Venison Sausage

The venison sausage is also prepared based on  traditional Transylvanian recipes.  Its flavor is given by black pepper, garlic and caraway. This sausage is smoked at a low temperature and left to dry for a longer period of time. It is an elegant edition to any picnic or cold platter. Like all our sausage products, it has a natural casing and is soya- and gluten-free.
